Simple GK monitoring/ASR counting script.

A simple, rather generic perl script to demonstrate the way to communicate 
with the gatekeeper directly and gather data from it. It simply reports overall, 
incremental ASR for a given gatekeeper in a loop.

Note: The script is supposed to work well with the GnuGK (as of version 2.0.5 for sure).
